My name is Suzanne
I took countless calls and story ideas as a broadcast journalist over a decade of working in tv news. When my phone rang in 2021, the news was delivered to me and it changed the trajectory of my life. A brain tumor and two surgeries later, I went from surviving to thriving both as a journalist and using my diagnosis to help others. I took it a step further in 2024, leaving my tv news job to launch Suzanne Speaks; a writing and speaking business with the core mission to take what I have learned and make a deeper impact on larger communities of others who are overcoming challenges.
